Southwest Family Physicians is a primary care clinic with a dedicated and committed group of providers - composed of MD, DO, and ND physicians, with part-time support for specialty care from psychiatrists and a physiatrist, as well as physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, counselors, physical therapists, an acupuncturist, a licensed massage therapist and a behavioral health clinician.

With our comprehensive approach to healthcare, we’ve been building a Medical Home for patients and their families for over 33 years. We take a patient-centered, integrated, and holistic approach to health care in order to build a healthy community.
