Needed to talk to Doctor Okuns and go over my medications that I did not think were right. I brought it to Doctor Okuns attention and he explained to me why he thought I was wrong! I’m back on right medication and dose. He also educated me and counseled me in importance of daily exercise! Doctor got my anxiety under control and reassured me of my health plan! He is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate his guidance!

This is the second time I have signed up for this program. The first time I successfully lost a good amount of weight that I've managed to keep off for the most part. So eight years later, I decided to come back to lose more weight. The first time was prior to Covid and everything was done in office And everything seem to run smoothly and was explained well. This go round has been completely opposite. There has been a lot of miscommunication, lack of follow up and just a lot of confusion in general. I still believe in the program, knowing it's worked for me in the past. Yesterday I finally had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Alston and Collie regarding the frustrations I've had. Both were good listeners and agreed to address my concerns in hopes that we can all move forward in a more positive way. So I look forward to getting back on track so that I can have a similar experience and success like I did eight years ago.
