SWFP exceeded all my hopes. Leslie was friendly and professional setting up appointments. Texts to confirm arrangements were very helpful. Most impressive was clinician Hugh Gapay. From the moment he entered I felt accepted, safe, and encouraged. He quickly diagnosed and outlined treatment for my primary issue, then asked if other concerns existed. This was bonus for me: Hugh generously and efficiently outlined concrete programs for smoking cessation and weight loss. Assistant Trevor was also perfect, taking notes while Hugh and I consulted, then wrapping up details at the end with further helpful suggestions. Net effect was gratitude I'd been put into the right hands.
