I'm taking the online weight loss classes from him. He doesn't follow up well with what he tells us he will do. It's been almost 2 weeks since he said he would send a copy of a list of food products we put together in class. It would be nice to get that sooner than later.

Right from the get go, i felt comfortable. I was able to just release the pent up feelings i had inside. I needed that for at least a couple of years! She just has a aura about her that made ne feel at ease.

It was great up to now. I called today with a problem with my thumb and was told my account was deactivated since I had not been to the doctor since 2019. Apparently, your account is deactivated after 3 years. SWFP was not seeing patients for over 18 months during/after COVID. I kept in touch with SWFP during that time and even updated my vaccination status online. Something odd, when I said I had Oregon Health Plan (Care Oregon) I was told they are not taking new patients. I said I am not new and was told since my account was deactivated I am a new patient. Odd that I had kept in touch during COVID and still my account was deactivated. From my perspective it looks like SWFP does not want Care Oregon patients, even though the SWFP website says they take Care Oregon patients.
